In February
2004 Wallop Woodcrafts won the contract to develop and build
twelve individual and interlocking patterns for a unique 12
metre diameter Super Bowl Water Ride.
The set
of patterns involved some very large pieces with complex geometry
which needed to flow seamlessly from one pattern to the next.
The patterns were completed on schedule at the start of March
to the delight of their customer.
The customer
commented that the final assembly of the finished GRP components
"went together so well, one would have thought it was all
produced from a single mould".
